Create an Account from an Invitation
You should have received a text message or email from your client that invited you to download the Properly app. Want to create an account manually? Click here.
Enter your name and email, and create a password for your account.
NOTE: If your client sent you the Properly invitation via email, you must use the same email address to create your account! (If your client invited you via a text message, you could use any email you like!)
2. Click that link to open the Apple or Google Play store (depending on your phone.)
Select “Install” to download the app.
3. Open the app and sign in. You’ll land on the "Jobs" screen. Any jobs your client sends you via Properly will show up here.
Create an Account Manually
At this time, only Service Providers invited by a Host or Property Manager can sign up for Properly.
To create a Properly account, ask your current clients to invite you from their account. Then, send them these instructions that explain how to create an account and invite a cleaner.
