Invite your favorite Service Providers to use Properly! Once they’ve accepted your invitation, you can start sending them jobs in the app.
NOTE: We recommend telling your Service Provider that you've sent them an invitation to use Properly. They can find more information about the benefits of Properly for Service Providers here and watch tutorial videos here.
To send an invitation:
Click the “Contacts” icon in the navigation bar.
Once you’re in the “Contacts” section, click the “Invite Service Provider” button.
Enter your Service Provider’s phone number or email address.
We'll send them an SMS/email with a link to sign up for Properly.
Once they’ve signed up, they can log into the Properly app and accept your jobs.
You’ll get a notification in the Properly app when they’ve accepted the invitation.
