Step 4: Select or Create a Checklist

Assemble a list of tasks for your Service Provider to tackle on the job.

Before sending a Job Request, you can create a Task Checklist for the job.

To create a task:

  1. Click the “Library” icon in the navigation bar.

  2. Open the “Checklist Library” tab.

Create a Custom Checklist

To create a custom checklist for a property:

  1. Click the “...” button in the last column of the checklist you’d like to edit and select “Duplicate into Properties.”

  2. On the next screen, select the property to which this checklist applies.

  3. Click the “Properties” icon in the navigation bar and choose the property.

  4. Open the property profile, select the “Checklists” tab, and click on the checklist you just copied over.

  5. Start editing.
