Provide Feedback on Verification Photos 

You can give feedback on your service provider’s verification photos by selecting the photo and adding a thumbs-up or thumbs-down. 

To give feedback on the web, click on View Photos.

Select a verification photo and give feedback by clicking thumbs-up, thumbs-down, or the comment icon to leave a comment. 

To give feedback on the mobile app, click on History to view finished jobs.

1. Tap a job to open it. 

2. Tap on the Photos square to view verification photos for that job. 

3. Tap on the icons to give a thumbs-up or thumbs-down. Tap on the comment icon to leave a comment.

We highly recommend leaving feedback on ALL verification photos, even if it’s only a thumbs-up. Your service providers will find it helpful if you explain why you’re giving a thumbs-down to their verification photo. It’s hard to adjust their service if they don’t know what needs to be improved. 

Your service provider will receive a notification that you have given them feedback and comments on their finished job. You’ll receive a notification when your feedback has been viewed.
