Step 1: Request API access from Lavanda
To get started, send an email to Lavanda requesting API access for your workspace.
Please cc api@getproperly.com on the email so that Properly can complete the connection once Lavanda grants access.
You can use a message like this:
Hi Lavanda team,
I would like to enable API access for my workspace so that I can connect it with Properly.
I have cc'd api@getproperly.com so the Properly team can complete the integration once access is enabled.
Thank you!
Step 2: Wait for Lavanda to grant access
Lavanda will reply to your email once API access has been enabled.
Their response will include the workspace details needed by Properly to establish the connection.
You don't need to enter these details manually in Properly.
Step 3: Properly connects your Lavanda workspace
Once Lavanda has granted API access and shared the workspace details, the Properly team will connect your Lavanda workspace.
We'll then import your properties from Lavanda into Properly.
Note: The connection is completed by the Properly team after Lavanda grants API access. If you've received confirmation from Lavanda but don't see your properties in Properly, please contact us at support@getproperly.com.
Step 4: Manage your properties in Properly
Once the connection is complete, your Lavanda properties will be available in Properly.
You can then view and manage your properties through Properly, along with the other features available for your account.
