The home assessment tool makes it possible to view all of your verification photos for a given room in a property over time. You can compare the verification photo of the bathroom from this week’s cleaning to the verification photo of that same photo from last week’s cleaning.

This tool makes it easy for you to see if the property has gotten damaged or whether items have gone missing in between cleanings. You can also use it to track wear and tear at a property over time, or to see if your standards are being upheld from cleaning to cleaning. 

Start on the Properties tab.

1. Select the property you want to review.
2. Select View Gallery.

3. Select the Home Assessment tab. You can view all verification photos associated with different jobs by slides in the same column.

Some of our users like to create different checklists for different guest types. They might have one checklist for renters and one for the owner’s use of the property, for example. To help you make an apples-to-apples comparison, you can use the Home Assessment tool to track verification photos organized by checklist. 

Start on the Properties tab.

1. Select the property.
2. Select View Gallery.

3. Select the Home Assessment tab.

4. Select All checklists and choose the checklist you’d like to view from the options.
