Clients can send one job request to several Service Providers; whoever accepts it first gets it. Getting a notification as soon as the job request arrives could be the difference between getting the job or missing the opportunity altogether.

We highly recommend keeping your notifications on! Your time and schedule are valuable, so the sooner you learn new details about a job – cancellations, early check-ins, last-minute opportunities, etc.– the better.

Here’s how to configure your notifications so you’ll always be up to date:

  1. First, open the Properly app and click the “Settings” icon in the top right corner.

2. Next, scroll down the “Settings” page and hit “Notifications,” where you’ll see all of your current notification settings.

3. By default, notifications go to your email and show up on the Properly app. However, you can change your settings to get information via text message as well. (From left to right: email, text, and app notification.)
