NOTE: The “Start Job Now” feature is only available in mobile view, so you’ll need to download and log into the Properly app to use it.
Hosts and Property Managers (plus their employees/partners) can create a job and complete it on their own using the “Start Job Now” feature.
This is a useful feature if:
You’re a host who cleans or inspects your properties.
You prefer to inspect your properties on your own schedule.
You prefer to have your Service Provider(s) schedule their own jobs.
Who Has Access?
This feature is already active in your host account. However, if you want to grant access to your Service Provider(s) and employees, you’ll need to add them to your account as Partners or Employees.
