While you can technically import/re-import a property yourself, we (the Properly team) urge you to reach out to our Customer Support team and ask us to do it for you instead.
It's not that we think you can't do it (you're great!) Rather, it's due to the fact that –depending on the state of your accounts on other platforms, etc.– pressing the "Re-Import Properties" button can result in extra listings flooding your account. This can result in automatic charges for the additional accounts you've accidentally added.
If this happens, rest assured: we can fix it for you! But we'd rather you not have to deal with it in the first place.
So check in with us first...we're more than happy to help you import/re-import properties and spare you a potential headache! All we'll need from you is the Property ID.
If you’ve accidentally deleted a property or need to add a new property to Properly:
1. Click the “Settings” icon in the navigation menu. This will automatically open the “Connected Accounts” page.
2. Find the listing platform or PMS of the property you’d like to import and click the “Edit” button next to it.
3. Select “Re-Import Properties” on the next screen.
