If you need assistance importing (or re-importing) properties from a listing platform (ex. Airbnb) or from your PMS (ex. Guesty, Escapia, Bookingsync), our Customer Support team is ready to help! However, before you contact us, you'll need the Property ID of each property you're importing.
Property IDs live on the listing sites themselves (rather than on Properly), so you may need to contact the listing platform if you're having trouble finding it. However, for some sites –Airbnb and Guestly, for example– you can find the Property ID in the URL of the Property Profile.
