Step 3: Update Appointment Details

Add notes to your appointment card after completing a call, and check on your payment details.

1. Head over to and log in to your account.

2. Once logged in, you’ll land on your ProperHost appointments page, where you’ll see your upcoming appointments.

3. Edit your appointment details by clicking on the pencil on the far right side of your client’s appointment card.

6. After the call, use the “Note” section at the bottom to add important information about your client.

7. Save your changes, and you’ll be returned to your ProperHost appointments page.
