Assigning a status to your Problem Reports is a great way to keep track of which issues still need attention. To assign (or update) a status:

  1. Click the “Properties” icon in the navigation bar and select the property with a Problem Report.


  2. Select the “Problem Report” job from the "Job Requests" tab.


3. Open the “Problems Reported” section.


4. Assign the problem a status using the drop-down menu.


Status Meanings

  • “Open”= Problem has not been addressed.

  • “In Progress” = Problem is being addressed.

  • “Resolved” = Problem has been fixed.

  • “Ignored”= Problem has not been fixed but does not need attention urgently.
