Tip: Duplicate a master checklist
If you have a standard checklist that you use to clean or service every property, you can simply create one and duplicate it to all of your properties. Then you can customize each one to suit that property!
Tip: Send a job request to multiple providers at once
Eliminate back and forth negotiations with providers by sending out one request to multiple providers at once. All providers can preview the request, but first to accept it is scheduled for that job.
