Properly is available in six languages, and cleaners can choose to view instructions in a different language than the one used by their client.
If you speak a language other than the one your client uses, and would prefer to get instructions in your primary language, you can change your language configurations in Properly.
It’s important that you understand the details of every job! Even if you speak another language well, it can be much easier to get detailed instructions in your own primary language – so nothing gets lost in translation.
Properly is available in English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Portuguese.
Set Your Primary Language
The Properly app automatically detects which language is set as the primary language on your mobile device. If you are not seeing Properly appear in your primary language, please check the settings on your mobile device to be sure it is set to your primary language.
