You can give your problem reports a status so that you know whether or not they still need attention.
Problems that are “Open” have not yet been addressed.
Problems that are “In Progress” are currently being addressed.
Problems that are “Resolved” have been fixed.
Problems that are “Ignored” have not been fixed, but do not need attention urgently.
Change the status of a Problem Report
Go to your calendar and select the job that has a problem reported.
Open the Problem Report by clicking the drop-down arrow.
Select the status of the Problem Report.
