What is Properly and why should I use it?
Properly is a changeover management software to schedule and organize cleaning and other services in between guests. With Properly owners and managers create interactive visual checklists, track operations through integrated photo capture, schedule service providers’ activity, connect to listing platforms, and organize other changeover services.
Integrated photo capture allows property managers and hosts to track cleaners’ work in real time, record the condition of a home before and after each guest, and document any damages with pictures.
It is the ideal tool for owners and managers who are particular about how their homes and properties are cleaned and staged before and after guests and need a more streamlined way to manage their turnovers -- from making sure their tasks are understood, to scheduling cleanings, and to being able to monitor progress remotely in realtime.
It's great for cleaners to understand their clients' expectations and takes the guesswork out of their job.
Is Properly a cleaning service? Does Properly provide cleaners?
Properly is not a cleaning service. Properly does employ or contract with cleaners. Anyone can use Properly with their own cleaners and service providers.
In select cities around the globe, owners have access to a pool of Community Service Providers including cleaners that they can send job requests to. These service providers have been onboarded to the Properly platform by other hosts and homeowners. In order for the CSP's profile to be visible, they must complete one job with their client first.
As a host or property manager in a city with an active service provider marketplace, you can simply send your job requests to a Community Service Provider as you would send them to your regular Contacts. You can send to multiple Community Service Providers and Contacts all at the same time. The first person to accept your request gets your job.
The Community Service Provider program is currently live in: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Germany,Austria, Switzerland, UK, Ireland, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
