When you connect your Properly account with your listing platforms, Properly syncs your properties, photos, and booking calendar. This allows you to create checklists with your own listing photos and schedule cleaning or other service jobs directly from your bookings calendar.
Even if you list the same properties on more than one platform, Properly will allow you to merge the properties so you can combine information and keep bookings separate.
Properly's current API integrations include Airbnb (including Airbnb co-host) , HomeAway, Guesty, Orbirental, HomeAway Software (Escapia and V12.net), and BookingSync with more integrations on the way!
- Connect one or more of your listing platform accounts

Connect one or more of your listing platform accounts
- Click on your profile name or photo to view the drop-down menu.
- Select Connected Accounts.
- Click Connect and enter your listing platform username and password.
- Click Add Account under the platform you want to connect multiple accounts for.
Properly automatically connects to the Airbnb account you are currently logged into on your computer. If you are going to add another account, you must first log out of the account that is already connected and log into the second Airbnb account. Then go back to Properly and click Add Account. Continue to do this for each new account.
Merge duplicate properties
If you imported the same property from different listing platforms, you should merge them to become one. This will combine property photos and bookings from each platform into one property. If you have any checklists or jobs attached to the properties, they will be merged as well.
Start from Personal Profile tab.
- Select Connected Accounts.
- Select Merge Properties.
- From the menu of properties, select the properties you want to merge.
- Click Merge.
Be careful when you merge properties because you CANNOT unmerge properties. If you merge properties by mistake, you can delete the merged property and re-import each property from its connected account.
Re-import properties
- Find the account it is connected to in Connected Accounts.
- Click edit.
- Click Re-Import Properties.
Add a property manually
To add a property that is not listed on a listing platform that Properly is connected to, you can add one manually.
Start on the Properties tab.
- Select New Property.
- Fill out your Property information to include the Address, Title, Property Type, and number of rooms.
- Click Save. You can edit this information at any time.
Complete or edit Property Details
This information stays on your property and is visible on every job detail your cleaner or service provider receives. It’s very helpful for those who will be working on the property so be thorough with the information you provide.
Start on the Properties tab.
- Select the property you wish to edit from the property list. If you have many properties, you can find the property by completing a search or scrolling the list of properties. Click on the property.
- Click Property Details.
- Fill out the Access, Garbage, Parking, Wifi and Important Information sections. Click Save for each section.
Now your property or properties are set up and you’re ready to invite cleaning and other service providers and create checklists!
