Properly’s notifications give you updates when a service provider accepts or declines your requests, starts and finishes working, as well as prompts you to schedule services as soon as you get a new booking.
Once you send a job request, you can keep track of whether it has been accepted, declined, started, and so on from your calendar. After a job has been completed, you can view a complete summary of the job by clicking on it from your calendar. The summary includes: start/finish times, the photos you requested, any damage or problem reports, and notes from your provider.
On the reporting tab you can create and save customized reports. Reports are great for making payment invoices for your service providers, identifying damage for filing claims, tracking repairs, gaining insight into frequency of changeover services, and more.
