Complete or edit your personal profile
Complete your personal profile so potential service providers can see who you are and know how to reach you.
If you are an owner, host or property manager who would like to offer services to other owners or property managers, complete the bio information. Include information about your skills, experience, and why you’d like to help out.
- Click on your name or profile icon.
- Select Profile in the dropdown menu.
- Fill in any missing information in the fields shown. Add a profile picture.
This is the photo current and potential service providers will see. Choose a photo that represents your friendly self. To add a photo, click on the photo to upload from your photo library. When you’re finished, click Save changes.
Change your notification settings
While in your personal profile, you can change notifications settings.
Your options to receive notifications are (1) email, (2) SMS, or (3) push notifications on your mobile device. Your changes will be automatically saved.
Change your password
While in your personal profile, you can change your password.
- Select Password.
- Enter your current password. Then enter your new password and verify it.
- Select Change Password.
