Making personalized checklists for each of your properties allows you to show your Service Providers exactly what to clean and how to clean it (and then how to stage it.)

While custom checklists are an invaluable part of your Properly toolkit, there are also various scenarios in which you could use one checklist for all of your properties. For example, a Service Provider could use a maintenance checklist with instructions to check light bulbs, appliances, and electronics pretty much anywhere.

You can create these universal checklists -for maintenance, deep cleans, pool or hot tub cleaning, restocking, VIP guests, etc. - within your Checklist Library. Since you can attach multiple checklists to a job, include these checklists to cover necessary tasks to any turnover.
