If your cleaner reports a problem during a turnover, they'll send a problem report.
You'll see jobs that have problems appear in your outstanding jobs with this icon:
Once the problem has been resolved, you can update the job so that the icon no longer appears on that job.
This way, you'll be able to see at a glance which of your properties still has an outstanding problem, and which have been resolved.
Watch this short video to see how to update the status of a problem, or follow the instructions below.
1. Click on the job that has an outstanding problem.
2. Click the drop-down menu on the problem that's been resolved.
3. Select "Resolved."
4. When you go back to your Jobs page, you'll see that the problem icon has been removed from that job.
