If you are both a property manager AND a service provider, you may occasionally need to switch your view in the Properly mobile app. Property managers and service providers have different permissions and abilities in the Properly app - for example, property managers can only send jobs, not receive them. 

If you need to switch your view in the Properly app, go to Settings by tapping the gear icon. 

You’ll see an icon with two arrows pointing in opposite directions. If you’re currently in Property Manager mode, the icon will say “Switch to ‘Receive Jobs’”. If you’re currently in Service Provider mode, the icon will say “Switch to ‘Create Jobs’”. 

Tap the icon to switch modes. If you need to switch back, go back to settings and click the same icon again.
