Step 1: Create a Manager Account

How managers can create a new account in Properly.

To set up your account, start on any Properly website page where you see the button “Get Properly Free.” It’s at the top of the page in the upper right corner, as well as multiple other places throughout the site.

Click on “Get Properly Free” and you’ll be taken to a page where you can create a username and password for your account. Please make sure to use an email address that you can check easily – this is the email address where you will receive password resets and other critical information.

You’ll then be prompted to connect to the listing sites you use so that we can import your property details and bookings. This means that you’ll see the same property information that you currently have in Airbnb, Booking.com, or HomeAway/Vrbo populate in Properly, such as your property’s address and photos.

Click on the listing site you’d like to connect and enter your current credentials for that listing site account – for example, if you are connecting your Airbnb account, use your Airbnb credentials.

After you connect a listing site or skip this step, you’ll be redirected to your new account. You’ll start on your calendar screen, shown below.

You can use the lefthand navigation to access your To-Dos, Checklist Library, Properties, Service Providers (including cleaners), Reports, Settings, and Account.

What’s Next

Now that your account is created, you can invite cleaners and other service providers, create checklists, and schedule bookings from your calendar. If you’ve signed up for a Manager account, our Onboarding team will be happy to assist with all of these steps.
