If a cleaner sends you a problem report that cannot be resolved easily, you may want to create a new job from the problem report.
For example, if the cleaner reports that the pipes have burst at one of your properties, the cleaner will not be able to resolve that issue on their own. However, you can create a job and send it to your favorite maintenance person, including a price and a timeframe for the fix. If your maintenance person accepts, you’ll have a fix on the way.
To create a job from a Problem Report, go to your calendar and select the booking where the cleaner has reported a problem.
Select the issue you’d like to schedule a job for, and click “Schedule Job.”
